Cancellation and Refunds Policy

•  Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In case of cancelation clients have the liberty to cancel their booking and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows

Cancellation:

•  You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline on 91 4443117101, 919789056025 or www.orangeinn.in in Cancelation Page.

If the booking is cancelled:

•  More than 24 hours before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION
•  0-24 hours before check-in date: 1 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
•  In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Refund:

•  Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 3-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
